  • You'll need a chair, a small towel, a resistance band and a comfortable place or mat to lie down. You may use pillows to help you feel more comfortable in certain positions. You may want to purchase weights as you get stronger.

  • Two things:

    1 - I have a 100% money-back guarantee--if you complete the entire program including implementing the content in the lessons, and showing up to the live calls and you still don't feel like the program was effective or valuable for you, I will happily refund your money.

    2 - There is a 14-day refund policy from the start of the program (February 3rd), and if you decide within 14 days it's not for you, you're eligible for a refund.

  • If you purchase the Moxie Plus tier of the program, you’ll have 7 hours of private coaching with Nicole, on top of what is offered in the Moxie tier.

    Usually we’ll meet for 1 hour the first week, then 30 minutes/week for 5 weeks and then 1 hour in week 6 and then 30 mins/week for the last 5 weeks.

  • 1 hour/week for the live group coaching plus another 20-30 minutes for your second workout/week.

    Your strength workouts can be short, 20 minutes each.

    Watching the videos will add another 10-30 minutes/week depending on that week’s topic and how much time you spend practicing.

  • For this reason, I've stripped down the info and exercises to make them very relevant and easily digestible.

    The content is also released every 4-7 days so that you can integrate the information and movements.

  • There is a private Kajabi community available so that you can connect with other hypermobile humans in the program.

    Nicole will be moderating the community but not doing coaching within the community.

  • You definitely don't need to know anything about the brain and nervous system! I'll be introducing you to a few key concepts and keeping the information as easy to understand as possible.
