Most hypermobile humans think that to strengthen their hypermobile shoulders without further pain, they just need to do more repetitions in better alignment.
But the truth is, your brain makes movement decisions based on safety and previous experience.
To truly create change long-term in the shoulders, you need to improve the sensory input to your brain so that your brain feels safe to create new movement patterns.
If you don’t improve the sensory input to your brain in combination with new movement strategies, you run the risk of creating more aches and pains as you increase your strength training load.
I’m going to show you not only ways to adapt and progress shoulder strength training exercises, but also the brain-based strategies that improve joint stability and encourage your brain to try new movement options!

You'll need a chair, a small towel, a resistance band and a comfortable place or mat to lie down. You may use pillows to help you feel more comfortable in certain positions. You may want to purchase weights as you get stronger.

Learning from the videos will add another 10-30 minutes/week depending on that week’s topic and how much time you spend doing the movements.
Your strength workouts can be anywhere from 10 - 30 minutes each, once or twice a week.

You definitely don't need to know anything about the brain and nervous system! I'll be introducing you to a few key concepts and keeping the information as easy to implement as possible.

Absolutely not! All are welcome! All the trainings are in English so it’s best to have a good grasp of English to be successful.

That is correct. The increased price covers the risk that Sheldrake Pilates takes for offering the financing option.

It has helped clients with subluxations for sure however I haven’t been told specifically about subluxations while sleeping.
