    I’ve been a Pilates & movement teacher for over a decade. I started off teaching yoga but found it aggravated my symptomatic joint hypermobility from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). Pilates however was really supportive and strengthening for my body.

    Pilates and brain-based movement have been the winning combination to make long-term change in my own movement patterns so I can continue to walk comfortably, swim in the ocean, and play pickleball.

    I’ve worked with hypermobile humans for many years - in fact, my sweetheart has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome!

    With Pilates and brain-based movement, my clients have improved their shoulder strength and been able to do more activities they love with less pain!
