On bed rest but want to keep moving your body as much as you can?

When you're recovering from injury or surgery and have to stay in bed, it's easy to feel frustrated that you might lose any progress you've been making with your consistent movement routine.

Good news! There are some gentle movements you can do to still keep the blood flowing (which helps recovery!), stay connected to your core muscles, and get the spine moving.

Obviously, depending on your injury, all these might not be available to your body! If not, let me know via email or a comment below and I'll think about some other options.
