Tips for reducing anxiety about exercise

Exercise got you feeling anxious? Totally understandable for the hypermobile human and, let's be honest, also for the non-hypermobile humans too!

Here I share some tips that my hypermobile clients have found success with to reduce their anxiety around exercise. I forgot to mention using the breath to relax but that's definitely a helpful tool!
