Relief for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) Symptoms

I’ve personally found that using a SOFT SOFT SOFT foam roller around my shoulder girdle helps tremendously with relieving symptoms of TOS. A hard foam roller tends to cause more pain and stress my nervous system out! I’ve created a couple of videos that demonstrate the foam rolling exercises.
