Best practices for your online workouts

Feeling a little nervous about your first online Pilates class? Follow these best practices to make sure you have fun learning Pilates online!

  • Have your mat set up on the floor before class begins. If you don’t have a mat, use a rug, towel, or blanket to create a comfortable surface

  • Dress comfortably in loose-fitting or stretchy clothes

  • Have your water bottle nearby

  • If you have neck tension, you may want a pillow handy for when you are lying on your back

Curious about the teacher’s mat and camera set-up? Take a peek at this video to see how my mat and camera will be positioned, as well as some basic exercises that you’ll do in the class!
