Pilates for Strength & Balance
Online Small Group Mat Classes
Classes are live online sessions focused on maintaining a consistent & progressive program of strength training use dumbbells and/or resistance bands, with warmups, cooldowns, + Pilates for mobility and stretching.
Programming
We do 6 weeks of a program then switch up the exercises. I’ll email you the training program list of exercises so you can keep track of your progression and be prepared for each class.
Typical Monday & Thursday sessions:
10-15 minutes: Warmup movements to get the joints and muscles ready for load
20-30 minutes: 2-3 sets of strength training exercises alternating lower and upper body with 2 minutes of rest between each set.
5-10 minutes: Cool down movements

Stretching
Balance
Pilates flow
