Pilates for Strength & Balance

Online Group Classes

Classes are live online sessions where we move the spine in all directions, and keep a feeling of flow and fun throughout.

We start with a 25 minute session of weight lifting using dumbbells or other props you may have at home. The second half of the class is flow, Pilates mat exercises and balance.

Classes use small props to add challenge/support. Props can be free weights, towels, pillows, a chair, canned goods or balls, etc.

  • Build or maintain your bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility to continue doing all the activities your love!

    This class teaches Pilates mat exercises as well as various squats, lunges & balance exercises. We also incorporate free weights (amount of weight depends on the person).

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00pm PT

    • Single class…………….$25.00 USD

    • 5 Class Package……$115. 00 USD

    • 10 Class Package…..$210.00 USD

    • 20 Class Package…..$380.00 USD

  • Are 50 minutes long

  • Use the Zoom app - you’ll get a link in your confirmation email

  • Are $25 USD/class. Click here for package discounts. Packages are good for up to 120 days after purchase.
