3 Moves to Fix Sore Feet in the Morning
Feet stiff and sore in the morning? Try these 3 foot moves to wake up your feet so you can move with less pain through your day!
Foot Massage - Use your fingers to press into all parts of your foot: top, bottom and sides! You'll stimulate your proprioceptors and shine some light on where your foot is in space for your brain.
Midfoot Twist - Keep it gentle! Hold your heel still with one hand and use the other to rotate your forefoot back and forth.
Ankle Wakeup Call - Use hands to hold your thigh, knee bent, heel lightly resting on bed. Lift and lower the sole of your foot, moving only at the ankle joint. Make movement small enough that toes can stay still.
