Exercises to Explore the Core

Hypermobile humans with lower back pain often get told to improve their core strength. The core is a whole system of muscles and often it’s not that a person needs more core strength, it’s that muscle use is not balanced in the body.

  • Easy breath

  • Release tension

  • Dynamic stability

  • Sensory feedback
