Guided Relaxation Session (free online)
It’s that time of year - transitions between seasons, between school and not-school, among all the other stressors that may arise. Take a moment to do a focused relaxation session and help your nervous system regulate.
If you’re not a person who likes to nap or you have a hard time relaxing your body (or brain!), then a guided relaxation might be just the ticket. You don’t have to think about what to do - just listen and do the best you can.
You may feel more energized after this session - for some people it’s a great break between bouts of work, kind of like a reset for the brain and body.
You’ll need a place to lie comfortably and be able to close your eyes and feel safe.
