Breathing exercises are one of the keys to better shoulder function! If you have symptomatic joint hypermobility or Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, breathing exercises are a must - you just need to find the ones that work for you!
In the IG video below, I’ve shared one of my favourite breathing patterns. Use your breath to encourage more gentle mobility around your ribcage and shoulders, Improve circulation and bring more awareness to your breath patterns. Your breath is a tool that you have available anywhere, anytime and you can even practice it with other people around! I love a sneaky-deaky simple exercise… ;)
