Improve Your Proprioception and Body Awareness

Proprioception is your body's ability to sense where it is in space - a must for better balance and not running into things or tripping!

Many hypermobile humans out there feel like like they're extraordinarily clumsy! But because your proprioceptors reside in connective tissue, if you have a connective tissue disorder, proprioception is going to be a lot more challenging for your body.

But it CAN be improved! Yay!

If standing isn't your jam these days, you could try moving the block with your foot in seated, then tapping the block (or a smaller item!) with your toe.
