I’m so disappointed that my body can’t perform the movements I love anymore

Sound familiar?

The reality is that bodies change and we may not be able to do movements we could previously do. And sometimes it’s a matter of getting stronger or more mobile to get back to the movement, but it can also be due to injury or hypermobility or illness.
