3 Foam Roller Exercises for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) is fairly common in hypermobile bodies. I’ve got a few foam roller exercises that I do almost daily to manage my own symptoms. However, TOS really varies from person to person and these may not be appropriate for your body.

It’s very important to use a SOFT foam roller to get into the tissues and not damage them. There may be discomfort but should not be pain when rolling. Pain creates anxiety and tension which defeats the purpose of the rolling!

I’d love to hear how these TOS foam roller exercises land for you!

Keep movin’ yer bod!
