Standing at your desk starting to create some tightness in your spine?

Did you think that transitioning to a standing desk would help the aches you were getting from sitting down all day to work? And maybe it did! At first. But now the pain is creeping back! Aaahh!

If you body finds itself in the same position for long periods of time, it will adapt the tissues to better hold itself there and can create a feeling of muscle ‘tightness’.

If you find your body is slumping into a certain standing position during your day, trying stacking from heels to head, as I demonstrate in this video.
