No time to nourish yourself?

For some people it's easy to forget to take time for yourself and to feel like you can't fit in any activities that nourish your soul.

➡Here are a few tips that might help you add in a little more nourishment for your mind, heart & body! I'd love to hear what you have found that nourishes you (it doesn't have to be big or take a long time!)

For me, it's petting Dot (obviously 🐱!), a little watercolour painting when I have time, and making myself a fun, special, non-alcoholic drink to transition from work to rest.
